Yes, we do offer services in your area. If your city is not listed on our website, please give our office a call at 601-850-6454 for assistance.

Regarding labor-only moves, please note that MY TWO MOVERS does not provide furniture pads. We recommend obtaining them from your rental truck or storage container provider, or from a home improvement store like Home Depot® or Lowe's®. A general guideline is to use one dozen pads for every 5 feet of space. As an additional option, we offer 60" x 72" thick padded paper pads at a cost of $3.25 each. These can be used for loading your truck, container, or storage unit. Please note that these blankets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance of your move. Yes, Regarding the packing services for your upcoming move, we want to clarify the options for packing supplies. We can provide all the necessary packing materials, including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper, at an additional cost. Alternatively, you are welcome to supply your own packing supplies if you prefer. Please call our office to schedule our packing service. 601-850-6454

Our normal business hours are Monday through Saturday, from 7 AM to 6 PM. Please note that we are closed on most holidays.

Our travel fee is used to cover the cost of fuel and time in our vehicle to and from your location.

If we are doing a packing job for YOU, we can bring packing supplies at a cost to you or you can supply the necessary supplies.

We specialize in moving upright and grand pianos and have done so since 2005. Please note that we do charge an extra fee for moving pianos.

Yes, we offer next day moves. for same day moves, you will need to call our office to see if we have availability.

Yes, we supply dollies, tools and 2 rolls of tape at no extra charge for labor-only moves. any extra tape is sold at a cost of $2.25 per roll, stretchwrap (18"x1500) is $25.00 per roll. For full-service moves, we supply the movers, truck, blankests, dollies and tools.

We focus on keeping your costs low and our flexibility high. For labor-only moves, please note that we do not provide trucks or furniture blankets. If you only require professional moving labor, simply book your preferred number of movers and hours. We are committed to keeping our services at the lowest price per mover possible. Yes, we carry insurance and can provide you with details of our insurance policy. Please find our insurance policy outlined below: 1. **Scope of Services:** My Two Movers LLC exclusively provides moving labor services. We are not a transportation company and do not assume any liability for damages during transportation. 2. **Liability Limits:** - For packing, loading, and unloading services, our maximum liability is $0.75 per pound per article while in our care and custody, We carry a 2 million dollar general liability policy for residential or commercial property damages. - We do not assume liability for water damage to property if the refrigerator water line or washing machine is connected or disconnected. 3. **Customer Responsibility:** We are not responsible for any damages that occur if you do not have the recommended fabric moving blankets to protect your furniture.

No, everything needs to be boxed and ready to go.

No, our insurance does not cover it. the best thing to do is, find a friend or family member that can drive it for you.

MY TWO MOVERS charges hourly. If you'd like to have us disassemble/reassemble furniture, make sure to put this in your order details and account for the extra time needed. Before the job date, make sure to discuss what tools are needed with MY TWO MOVERS®

We recommend booking about 2 weeks in advance. If you wait until 1 or 2 days before your move date, there's a strong chance that we will be booked.

My Two Movers, LLC will disconnect and reconnect appliances such as washer/dryer or refrigerator. You or your representative must check and accept any plumbing connections. Any assistance we give is as a courtesy only. Water and drain connections are the responsibility of the user. My Two Movers is not responsible for damage to plumbing, electrical systems, or water damage associated with the connection or disconnection of appliances.

We accept Visa, Mastecard, Amex, Discover Card or Cash. No personal or business checks will be accepted for any type of move. Payment minus any deposit if paid, is due at the end of your move.

Please note that you are responsible for the full number of movers and hours that you book, even if the move is completed in less time. We secure and guarantee those hours specifically for your move. Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit. your deposit secures your spot on our calendar and is deducted from the total amount due on moving day.

No. we reserve that spot for you, the customer and have not had time to fill your spot on our schedule.
